If your site is information focused only, does not contain a shopping cart or specialised tools, the project can be implemented quickly. The process from initial meeting, draft designs through to completed and launched site may take less than two days.
All of our packages include custom made web solutions, no templates or one size fits all solutions. All work is quoted on and agreed to in advance to keep your project on time and on budget.
Our fees are based on our best estimate of the number of days required and the people resources we need to apply. We tailor our hosting services, technical programming, design and consulting fees to suit our customers unique requirements and budget. However the following can be used as a rough guide.
Budget Web Site Design
The Budget Web Site is ideal for a business that wants a web presence without the cost of putting together a full web site. The Budget Web Site gives you a 1 page advertisement where you can show your location, basic services and contact details in a single A4 size page layout for $375.00. (this price includes 1 year hosting on DaVE servers but exclude domain name charges.) If you think of your web site being no more than a listing in the phone book then this is the way to go.

Standard Web Site Design
Our team can design a standard 5 page web site from as little as $550.00.* (domain registration not included.)
- 5 pages: incl titles, backgrounds, images and text (extra pages are approximately $70* per page)
- graphics designed using your stationery, logo's, colours (Supplied by you in .bmp, .jpg, .gif format)
- 5 scanned images
- web site submission to search engines and link's site's web site up-loaded to the server
- Standard hourly rate: (HTML editing, simple graphics) $110* Special hourly rate: $154.00* (Database upgrades ASP editing/developing, database editing/developing, complex graphics, annimation, movies, voice and music etc )
Complexity of Web Site Design
The design of graphics, overall layout of site, logo presentation, navigation system, page colours, font styles, iconic graphics, etc. can be a simple process or require many meetings in person and on the phone to arrive at the final design suitable to both client and target audience. Some people come to us with no logo, no business stationary, no colour schemes, only brilliant ideas.
Others have everything in place and it is a matter of converting their design ideas and company graphics to a functioning website.
DaVE Web site plans include all the features you need and more. All packages have access to the web based Control Panel. This gives you the ability to manage all your email accounts (add, remove, forward, filter), view bandwidth and space usage, manage your files and more!
The web servers are connected to the Internet via their own 22mb/sec carriage service. All servers are supplied with conditioned UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) power to ensure continuous uptime if mains power fails.
The servers have had better than 99.9% uptime since 1998. The network operations centre has full backup power systems including a 40kw standby diesel generator.
